Explained
Business uses
- Signing tax reports and electronic invoices (e-qaimə) on the State Tax Service's portal.
- Accessing e-government services on behalf of a company.
- Signing documents with banks and other organisations that accept it.
Companies typically obtain ASAN İmza for authorised persons — directors, accountants — who sign on the company's behalf.
In software projects
Business software may need to work with electronic signatures for authentication or document signing. Whether and how an application can integrate with ASAN İmza depends on the integration options offered to businesses and on agreements with the provider. A common alternative is to prepare documents in your system, sign them through official tools and store the signed files.

ASAN İmza and SİMA
SİMA İmza is a newer app-based signature using face biometrics. Both serve electronic signing; their availability for specific services and integrations differs.
