End-to-end analytics from ad click to revenue
Ad platforms report clicks and conversions. Website analytics reports sessions and form submissions. The CRM knows which of those enquiries became paying customers and for how much. End-to-end analytics connects the three, so you can see what each channel, campaign and keyword actually earns — and move the budget accordingly.

In short
In short
- 01
The chain is: ad click → visit → enquiry (form, call, messenger) → deal in the CRM → payment.
- 02
Each link must carry an identifier of the source, or the chain breaks and revenue cannot be attributed.
- 03
Calls and messenger conversations are the most common gaps in Azerbaijan, where many customers prefer to call or write on WhatsApp.
- 04
Sales outcomes are sent back to ad platforms, so their algorithms optimise for buyers, not for form-fillers.
- 05
The result is a report of cost, leads, sales and revenue by channel and campaign, updated automatically.

Scope
Why form-fill conversions are not enough
A campaign that brings many cheap enquiries can look successful while bringing few customers. Another may bring fewer, more expensive enquiries that convert into large deals. Judging by cost per lead rewards the first. Judging by cost per sale and revenue shows the truth. The terms are explained in end-to-end analytics and CAC and LTV for small business.
How the chain is built
1. Source capture
UTM tags on all campaigns, click identifiers from ad platforms and the landing page are captured when the visitor arrives and stored with any enquiry they make, even if they browse several pages first.
2. Every enquiry channel
- Forms pass the source with the enquiry into the CRM.
- Calls are tracked with call tracking: numbers shown on the site change per source or per visitor, so each call is linked to its origin. See offline conversions and call tracking.
- Messengers: WhatsApp and Telegram links carry a reference, or conversations are matched by phone number.
3. CRM discipline
Each lead in the CRM keeps its source, and deals move through stages to "won" or "lost" with a reason. Without this, no tool can calculate revenue by channel. We help set up the pipeline; see CRM integration.
4. Costs
Advertising costs are imported automatically from Google Ads, Meta and other platforms, in the same currency as revenue.
5. Reporting
A dashboard combines costs, leads, deals and revenue by channel, campaign and period. See dashboards.
6. Feedback to ad platforms
Qualified leads and sales are sent back to Google Ads and Meta as offline conversions, so automated bidding learns what a valuable customer looks like. The process is described in lead quality feedback loop.
Attribution
Customers often touch several channels before buying: an Instagram ad, then a Google search, then a direct visit. Which channel gets the credit depends on the attribution model. We agree on a model that suits your sales cycle and show the others for comparison, rather than presenting one number as absolute truth. See attribution model.
Privacy
Identifiers are used to link events, not to profile individuals. Personal data is sent to ad platforms only in the hashed form their offline conversion tools require, and only where your privacy policy and customers' consent allow it.
What we need from you
- Access to ad accounts, analytics, the website and the CRM.
- A CRM where leads and deals are recorded consistently, or willingness to set one up.
- Your call handling setup and messenger accounts.
- The decisions you want to make from the data.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do we need special software for end-to-end analytics?
Sometimes a dedicated service is the fastest option; sometimes GA4, the CRM and a dashboard tool are enough. We choose based on your channels, volume and budget.
How long before the data is useful?
As long as one full sales cycle, plus enough leads to see patterns. For a business with a short cycle and steady traffic, first conclusions come within weeks; for long B2B cycles, months.
What if managers do not update the CRM?
Then no analytics tool will show revenue by channel. We simplify the pipeline, automate what can be automated and make the few required fields mandatory.
