End-to-end analytics
End-to-end analytics (a term widely used in the region, sometimes called closed-loop or full-funnel analytics) connects every step from an advertising click to revenue: ad cost → visit → enquiry → deal → payment. Its purpose is to judge marketing channels, campaigns and keywords by the money they bring, not by clicks or form fills.

Explained
What it requires
- Source tracking: UTM parameters and click identifiers captured on arrival.
- All enquiry channels tracked: forms, calls (via call tracking), messengers and chats.
- A CRM where each lead keeps its source and moves to "won" or "lost" with value.
- Cost data imported from ad platforms.
- A reporting layer combining costs, leads and revenue.
What it enables
- Cost per qualified lead and per customer by channel. See CAC.
- Revenue and return on ad spend by campaign.
- Reallocation of budget from channels that bring cheap leads to channels that bring customers.
- Feeding sales back to ad platforms so their optimisation improves.
Challenges
- Phone and messenger enquiries are easily lost without tracking — especially relevant in Azerbaijan, where many customers call or write rather than fill in forms.
- CRM discipline: managers must record outcomes consistently.
- Attribution choices affect which channel gets credit. See attribution model.
